	1.	Involved parents become "teeball coaches" not "little league parents".

	13.	Individual attention is the only way to teach all the players.
	14.	Develop drills to concentrate on one position. This is the first base drill.
	15.	Take notes on who pitches well to the players, who coaches well, etc...
	16.	Individual attention is necessary. Coach with humility and enthusiasm. Use all parents as coaches.
